Chocolate Muffin

Baking doesn't get much easier than muffins.

It is definitely a kid-pleasing treats for quick breakfasts and on-the-go snacks!

Chocolate Muffin Recipe
125g Muffin Mix
34ml Oil
1 Egg
44ml Water
Chocolate Chips

1) Beat together all the ingredients until the mixture is smooth. Then add in the chocolate chips.





2) Divide the mixture between the paper cases and bake until the cakes have risen.





This is similar to the making of Cupcakes.
