Love for mommy

Mother's Day is celebrated on the second Sunday in May.

Flowers/Bouquets are common gift. Miss Chai will teach you how to make a common gift a great gift.


1) You need:-
a) satay stick
b) Polymate (cut into heart-shaped)
c) gold powder
d) crepe paper
e) lace paper
f) glue
g) water colour
Tips: You can always mix & match your preferred colours.
Tips: You may substitute the papers with other construction papers.


2. Plug the satay stick into the heart-shaped Polymate.
Tips: You can cut the Polymate into any shape & size.







3. Colour the heart-shaped Polymate with colour(s).









4. Optional: Decorate the heart-shaped Polymate with gold powder (OR any other decoration).







5. Place a crepe paper & a lace paper in the position as shown.








6. Fold the papers into triangle shape.








7. Place the triangle-shaped papers at the edge of the heart-shaped Polymate, hold it with tape.







8. You will need at least 3 triangle-shaped papers to complete the flower as shown.









9. Optional: Your bouquets look nicer with at least 4 flowers.








10. Optional: Wrap your bouquets:- Fold a crepe paper into fan-shaped. Hold it with a satay stick.








11. Optional: Wrap your bouquets with fan-shaped crepe paper as shown. You will need at least 3 fan-shaped crepe papers to complete it.





12. A great gift for Mother's Day.
