Homemade Ice Cream

You can now make ice cream in a bag!

Cool off the kids with this creamy treat!


Homemade Ice Cream Recipe


1/2cup Fresh Milk
1/2cup Whipping Cream
1/2tbs Plain Yoghurt
1cup Condensed Milk
1/2tbs Chocolate Syrup (for Chocolate Ice Cream) or 1/2tp Vanilla Essence (for Vanilla Ice Cream)



1. Mix all the ingredients.


2. Shake it in a bag!

Process

You will need 2 bags (1 big, 1 small).
- Put the mixture into the small bag, and seal it.
- Fill the big bag half full of ice.
- Place the small bag inside the big bag, and seal it again.
- Shake it! Until the mixture becomes ice cream!

Tips: How long this shakin' gonna takes really depends on the room temperature and the consistency of shakin'.
Well, if you are tired of shakin', just place the mixture into the freezer, it normally take about 3 hours to become ice cream :)

Tomato Paste Recipe
for 2 plates of Spaghetti
1tbs Tomato Puree
1/2tbs Chicken Mince
250g Cook Spaghetti
30g Chopped Onion
2c Garlic
1/2 Bay Leaf
1/2tsp Majarom Leaf
1tsp Vegetable Oil
1p Salt
10cm Celery
