CHICKEN RICE

1cup rice
1cup chicken stock
10g chinese parsley
2g turmeric
12cm ginger
3clove garlic
1pc yellow onion

1pc chicken whole leg
5g five spice
1tsp light soya sauce
3dash sesame oil
1pc onion

1tbsp cooking oil
10g spring onion

1pinch salt
5cm ginger

30g chili giling
1pinch salt
1pinch sugar
½cup cooking oil
1/4cup air asam
1pc red onion
